Agape House-Eastman Crisis Centre Inc. is seeking survivors of domestic violence to participate in a focus group. We are looking for women who are willing to share their experience to create a resource guide for those beginning their journey to independence.
The group will bring together women who have a shared experience of family violence. Collectively we will explore resources, idea’s and practical solutions to help women overcome the many barriers they face when they have left an abusive relationship. Challenges including poverty, food insecurity, lack of safe and affordable housing, mental health, addictions, and more will be discussed.
